Short, plain explanations of the terms you meet on our game pages and in our guides.
RTP (return to player)
RTP shows, as a percentage, how much of all the money bet a game pays back over a very long run. With an RTP of 96%, an average of €96 of every €100 bet comes back in the long run; a single session can end very differently.

A multiplier shows that the payout for a result is multiplied by your stake. Whether your stake is also returned can differ from game to game; check the game's rules for the exact payout.

Bonus round
A bonus round is an extra game that starts when a special result comes up. Only players who bet on that result take part. When the last bonus came does not affect the next one.

Wagering requirement
A wagering requirement sets how much you must bet in total before bonus money can be withdrawn. For example, 30x on a €100 bonus means €3,000 of bets. The exact rules are in each casino's own terms.
Gambler's fallacy
The gambler's fallacy is the belief that a result that has not appeared for a while is now more likely. Every spin is independent: a long gap does not raise the chance of that result next time.

Martingale
Martingale is a betting system that doubles the stake after every loss. It can bring small wins in the short run, but in a long losing streak the stake grows fast and hits your budget or the table limit. It does not change the house edge.

Deposit limit
A deposit limit is the most you can pay into a casino account in a set period. Setting it before you play keeps the decision away from the heat of the moment.
