Crazy Time: How to Play, Bonus Games and Stats
Crazy Time is a live game show from Evolution in which a presenter spins a large money wheel. You bet on where the wheel will stop: on one of four number segments (1, 2, 5 or 10) or on one of four bonus games. If the wheel lands on a number you backed, you win at that number's rate. If it lands on a bonus game you backed, you enter that bonus round. That is the whole core of the game; everything else adds multipliers on top.
The basic bets
There are eight places to put a stake: the numbers 1, 2, 5 and 10, and the bonus games Coin Flip, Cash Hunt, Pachinko and Crazy Time. You can back as many of them as you like in the same round.
- The number segments pay according to the number shown; the exact payouts are in the game's rules.
- The wheel has a fixed number of segments of each type, and the more segments a result has, the more often it lands.
The Top Slot
Before the main wheel stops, a separate slot at the top of the wheel spins at the same time. According to Evolution, the Top Slot "spins with the main money wheel, assigning random multipliers to chosen bet spots". If the wheel then lands on the bet spot that received a multiplier, that win is multiplied. The Top Slot can also boost a bonus game, in which case the bonus starts with the extra multiplier.
The four bonus games
Coin Flip
A coin with a red side and a blue side is flipped. A multiplier is generated for each side before the flip, and the side facing up decides which multiplier you receive.
Cash Hunt
A large screen shows 108 multipliers hidden behind symbols. Each player picks a target before the timer runs out, and the multiplier behind that symbol is the payout. Because every player chooses their own target, people at the same table can win different amounts in the same round.
Pachinko
A puck is dropped onto a wall of pegs and bounces down to a row of multipliers. The slot where it lands is the payout. If it lands on "Double", the multipliers on the bottom row are doubled and the puck is dropped again. Evolution states that this can continue until the maximum of 10,000x is reached.
Crazy Time
The presenter opens a door to a second, larger wheel. Before it spins, each player chooses one of three flappers: blue, green or yellow. When the wheel stops, the multiplier under your flapper is your payout. Evolution gives 20,000x as the maximum multiplier in this bonus game.
RTP and how often bonuses appear
RTP in Crazy Time is not a single number: it depends on which spot you bet on, and the figure for each spot is in the game's rules. Return to player (RTP) is a theoretical long-run average. In plain terms, across a very large number of rounds the game is designed to pay back slightly less than it takes in; the difference is the house edge. Over a short session, results can be far above or far below that average.
Evolution also says that players have "a 1 in 6 chance of landing a bonus round with each spin". Our own records match that description closely: in the 24 hours to 15 October 2026 we recorded 1,731 Crazy Time rounds, and 281 of them (16.2%) were bonus rounds. One in six is 16.7%.
How to read the statistics on our Crazy Time page
The Crazy Time results page shows the latest spins, how often each result appeared in the period you select and the highest multipliers we have recorded. A few points help when reading it:
- Shares settle slowly. In our 24-hour sample, the 1 segment came up in 37.6% of rounds and the Crazy Time bonus in 1.7%. Over a few dozen spins, these shares can look very different.
- "Rounds since" is history, not a countdown. A result that has not appeared for a while is not more likely to appear next. Each spin is independent.
- Missing data is shown as "-". If a round was not reported to us, we do not fill the gap with an estimate.
Before you play
Decide on a budget you can afford to lose and stop when it is spent. Bonus rounds can pay large multipliers, but they are rare by design, and the number bets that land most often pay the least. Read our page on Does the Martingale System Work? if you are thinking about a betting system.
Frequently asked questions
What is the RTP of Crazy Time?
It depends on the bet; the figure for each spot is in the game's rules. RTP is a long-run average, not a forecast for a session.
How often does a bonus game come up?
Evolution says players have a 1 in 6 chance of landing a bonus round on each spin. In the 24 hours we checked, 16.2% of recorded rounds were bonus rounds, which is close to that figure. Every spin is independent.
Can past results help me predict the next spin?
No. Each spin is independent of the previous one. Our statistics describe what has already happened; they are not a forecast.
